Referral Incentive Program

Effective April 10, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our $200 Charging Credit Referral Incentive Program.

By entering into Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not enter the Referral Program.

1. Overview

The HoneyBadger Charging Referral Incentive Program (the “Program”) offers eligible participants the opportunity to receive a charging credit valued at $200 in exchange for successful referrals that result in the installation of electric vehicle (“EV”) charging infrastructure at a referred property.

Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada and the United States and are at least 18 years of age.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of HoneyBadger Charging may participate unless otherwise restricted by internal policy.

3. Qualifying Referral

To qualify for the incentive, a referral must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. The participant submits accurate and complete contact information for a decision-maker (or key influencer) associated with a building, property, or development suitable for EV charger installation.

  2. The referred contact must not already be actively engaged in discussions or negotiations with HoneyBadger Charging at the time of submission.

  3. The referral must be submitted through an approved channel designated by HoneyBadger Charging.

  4. The referral must lead to:

    • A signed agreement between HoneyBadger Charging and the referred property; and

    • The successful installation of EV charging infrastructure at that location.

Only referrals that result in a completed installation are eligible for the incentive.

4. Incentive Details

  • Eligible participants will receive $200 in free EV charging credit (“Reward”) upon successful installation at the referred property.

  • The Reward:

    • Is non-transferable;

    • Has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash;

    • May be subject to additional usage terms depending on the charging platform.

5. Duplicate Referrals

  • If multiple participants refer the same building or contact, and that referral results in a qualifying installation:

    • The $200 Reward will be split evenly among eligible participants who submitted valid referrals for that same contact or property prior to installation.

  • HoneyBadger Charging will determine eligibility and timing of submissions at its sole discretion.

6. Submission & Tracking

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring that referral details are submitted accurately.

  • HoneyBadger Charging is not responsible for:

    • Incomplete, inaccurate, or lost submissions;

    • Referrals that cannot be verified.

7. Timing of Reward

  • Rewards will be issued only after the EV charging installation is completed and operational.

  • Processing of the Reward may take up to 60 days following installation.

8. Program Duration

  • The Program is valid from the Effective Date until April 30, 2027, unless extended, modified, or terminated earlier at the sole discretion of HoneyBadger Charging.

9. General Conditions

HoneyBadger Charging reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of participants and referrals;

  • Disqualify any participant who:

    • Submits fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate information;

    • Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Program;

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

All decisions made by HoneyBadger Charging regarding eligibility, qualification, and reward distribution are final and binding.

10. Privacy

By participating in the Program, participants agree that:

  • Submitted contact information may be used by HoneyBadger Charging for business development and communication purposes;

  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and HoneyBadger Charging’s privacy policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

HoneyBadger Charging shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program;

  • Any technical issues, delays, or failures affecting submissions or reward distribution.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
